A traditional Jap Slap from the 1980s is a special move where you perform a crouch (preferably with a knee slide beforehand) and release a powerful judo chop directly at the end of the victims penis (from the Greek 'πέος') ergo the name of the maneuver which refers to the racist slang 'Japs Eye', referring to the urethral meatus.
