When a person is so good its hard to believe and nobody can compare to them no matter how hard they try. Basically means "You'll never be as good as me." or when you cant touch someone, whether that be physically, emotionally, spiritually, and/or mentally. In general just means someone is THAT bitch/or nigga.

example:

Person 1- "You cant touch me!'
Person 2- *shakes head* "you right..."
