Vaganus

The ripping or purposeful tearing of the skin between the butthole(s) and whoosey-whatsie which effectively creates an elongated vagina or vaginal area, thus creating an indiscernible hole or holes thus becoming a vaganus.

Husband: "Hey doc..Are we going to sever the taint?"
Doc: "Only if necessary and then in that case it will create a vaganus"
