A Malaysian phrase shorten from 'hisap rokok' meaning 'smoke cigarette'.

Literal translation;

hisap = suck
rokok = cigarette

Can also mean a blowjob as the word 'hisap' means 'to suck', and 'kok' sounds simillar to 'cock'.
