A dish of italian origin. Very Popular in Jamaica. They say that Bob Marley ate it every day. Consists of macaroni, tomato sauce, and some weed (basil or otherwise).

Sourdough Rasta

An anglo man/ woman who has dread locks. Generally they will follow the Northern California dope smoking/ growing, and/ or complete removal of self from the main stream except to own a cell phone and/ or get their email.
Did you see that guys dreads? I think I saw a peice of one fall on the floor...he's such a sourdough rasta.

Rasta

n. referring to cultural and roots reggae music which follow Rastafarianism, but not limited to, and includes early dancehall and lovers rock. Most particularly the genre of reggae released during the early 1970s to mid 1980s.

This reference term is not universally used, but is more widely popular by reggae listeners in California; notably the Southern California regions.
