When someone makes a reaction that is delayed. Obviously. This happens by means of mental illness or just stupidity.

Dude1: Haha, you suck.

Delayed deja vu. Realizing later that you feel like you experienced the same thing earlier, but at the time, you didn't notice.

Many times I floated on the pond before seeing the big fish lurking below. Only later did I realize that I had seen him, and he had seen me, many times before. Delayja vu dawned slowly, but with vague certainty.
