The 4th complaint

I WONDER WHAT THAT IS! WONDER WHO THAT COULD BE! WHAT A MYSTERY!
Hym "Hahahahahahahaha! What's the 4th complaint Jordan? What's that 4th complaint? Wonder who that could be? What a mystery! Hahahaha! Honestly. I wasn't even trying to do that but I'm glad that 'God' is punishing you for not doing what I told you to do. This is great!"

The right to complain

Christopher Hitchens warned not to let people take away your right to complain. When he said it he was talking about Islam specifically but I think it speaks to a broader point about what's happening in society today.
Hym "No. Don't fuckin listen to Matt. He knows and has conceded entirely that he is not fit to be a mustache-man. He lives a life of shame as a disgusting smooth-face and should be treated with nothing but contempt and derision. The right to complain, however, IS fit to be a mustache-man. It is our fundamental right. The CARDINAL right from which all other rights are derived. The conservatives are trying to take that away from you (not in a legislative capacity but a social capacity) with their 'Stop complaining and get back to work, slaves' rhetoric and the Liberals are trying to take that right away ( again, not in a legislative capacity but in a social capacity) with their 'Anti-aggrievement' rhetoric that presupposes the grievances of the under-class that you are allowed not to give a shit about are illegitimate. Reject this blatant and repugnant attack on our rights! I am aggrieved! I have a right to BE aggrieved! And my rights will not be denied!"

Gentleman’s Noise Complaint

A noise complaint given when your sexual escapades are too loud for your neighbors.
Bartholomew received a gentleman’s noise complaint after his night with Samantha went through walls.

Police services complaint

There are two ways to make a police services complaint in Ontario.

OPIRD is next to useless for complaints about police misconduct and police services trafficking.

Police Services Act establishes the OIPRD’s authority to receive, manage and oversee public complaints about the police in Ontario.

The second is slightly better, the RCMP online reporting, name, badge number, misconduct, racketeering and fraud rcmpreportcyberandfraud.canada.ca

Reporting a scam or computer crime online helps the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the National Cybercrime Coordination Centre (NC3) and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) learn more about the nature of these incidents.

You can report quickly and even anonymously if you wish to share helpful information without being identified.
To make a police services complaint, report police raketeering to the RCMP online.

Opportunistic HR Complaints

When someone files one or more HR complaint on trumped-up causes for reasons related to their career advancement: you are in the way of their advancement and so subjecting you to an HR investigation will create a hostile environment for you. HR will run various tests and behavioral traps to figure out if the allegations are true or not and in the process you will experience it as a nightmare. You will either choose to remain and act like the innocent person you are, and eventually the company will either tolerate or remove them at its discretion. Or you can contact an employment lawyer, in which case you may not find out the result of that for many years -- long after you have left. These folks filing HR complaints against you may never stop if HR is concerned about a retaliation lawsuit from them.
Micah: Did you hear that Miguel has been filing opportunistic HR complaints against Tanya? 8 of them -- not a single one substantiated.

Oreo: He's just trying to knock her out of the competition for that promotion he wants -- and yes, goddamn it, my name is Oreo. It's not my fault.

...aaaand that's ANOTHER ten SECONDS that you'll never get back from COMPLAINING about it!

What you sarcastically quip back at someone who is bemoaning da fact dat he wasted ten minutes of his life doing something dat turned out to be useless.
Dude #1 (having just super-briefly talked to customer-service after waiting an absurdly long time to get connected): Man, what an insufferable delay just being stuck on hold --- THAT'S ten minutes of my life that I'll never get back!
Dude #2: ...aaaand that's ANOTHER ten SECONDS that you'll never get back from COMPLAINING about it!
