Spiffing

A very dated word used by the upper-class British, and Americans that can't do impressions for shit.
Can be used for comedic value.

Usually found in sentences containing the terms; "Jolly good" "Old chap/chum" "Tea" "Wot wot" "I say" and "Earl grey"

I say, old chum. Would you like to come to Buckingham palace and share a spiffing pot of the old earl Grey, wot?

Swiffing out

When someone says he/she will do something and then does not do it because of of laziness, irresponsibility or worthlessness. Can also mean when someone needs to do a task within a certain timeframe and then gives notice of failure after the time has expired.

Sean: Hey Jeremy, can you get me my tickets before 6:00pm tomorrow?
Jeremy (at 6:30pm the next day): I will not be able to get you your tickets.
Sean: Damn, that Jeremy is always swiffing out...

Shiffing

Shiffing is a Fantasy Football term for ripping off your friends by trading several inferior players for fewer high quality players. this includes harrassment through posting comments and text messages, and dealing this with people who obviously have no clue what they are doing. Then talking smack and being a jerk after the trade by verbally berating and being a bitch about it to the person he ripped off. It also includes the OCD technique of bombarding everyone with random horrible trade offers

Man, all that Shiffing before that trade must have made you crazy!, and he's been Shiffing me too, but I cant stand dealing with all that crap. Its ruined all the fun in our league!
