Simple Plan = Simpletons.

They are a whiny band that bitches about how 'horrible' and 'tragic' their life is. No one cares except for their legions of self-pitying fans who feel they can truly connect with Simpleton's 'deep' and 'inspiring' 'music'.

Perhaps the Simpletons should stop singing about the shitfullness of their lives and try the lives of the Thailand hooker, the physically abused child, the AIDS sufferer, the orphaned refugee boy and the wrongly accused. There's something true, real and honestly painful to sing about.

Simple Minds

Scottish Stadium Rockers, Lead Singer Jim Kerr. Great Band sadly much ignored now outside their native Scotland. In the 80's there were only Simple Minds and U2 to get excited about. They have now been eclipsed by their Irish Cousins (Undeservedly). Still around! And actually making better music now than they have in years. Check out their latest album 'Black and White' it kicks arse and is better than any album from U2 since the Joshua tree

A Chinese web phrase broadly used by college students to describe someone with immature mindset of democracy and western value standard. Originally used by former president Jiang Zeming(aka. Jiang the frog) to chide Hongkong journalists which are allegedly more athletic and always run faster than western journalists.
