Rip

Most commonly ripped is used as an adjective and contextually can be used anytime you’re about to do something. Usually “kinda” is utilized prior to saying ripped giving it a subtle urgency vibe. Saying you’re about to rip something is almost always a good thing.

1.) I could rip a cold brew right now
2.) That homies fit kinda rips
3.) “Yo Bobby check out those turtles, they kinda rip”
4.) “Remember when we shredded the gnar? That ripped”

Are you tired of the current insults present in the dictionary? Do you wish there were more specific but also kinda broad ways to insult poeple? Well good jolly i have an insult for you! rip is a word thats used to describe someone extremely unoriginal and average. The middle-man of every situation. If its the expected average, hes a rip. He conforms to 99% of the population. Nothing unique about him.

"Hey man you wanna go to that party tonight? "
"Nah man its full of rips"

Read In Progress equivalent to WIP work in progress, this defines a book currently being read. The plural in long form is Reads In Progress but as an the acronym it is RIPs

My bookstack consists of about half RIPs, which are the books with bookmarks tucked into them.
