But I think it was when I posted on 1018 .. trying to provide clarification that I did not post something saying I hated you and wished ill will on you. As someone had posted stating that…

I wrote the post from a perspective I was in the same situation… my goal was hoping she can see the positive in her situation. Even as hard as it is, if you don’t find the positive, the negative will suck you in, in every aspect.

As used in weight lifting, it means "Maximum Effort." Usually this is done on a separate day than DE. This is mostly used in powerlifting routines.

"I do ME Squats and Deadlifts on Monday, followed by ME Bench on Wednesday."
