Lepey kann als harmlose Beleidigung genutzt werden, z.B wenn einer von deinen Freunden das Geld vergisst sagst du einfach "man du Lepey." Lepey ist ein sehr vielseitiger und kann auch als das Wort für Leute benutzt werden.
Man kann z.B. sagen, "diese Lepeys in der U-Bahn, haben mich mit Sonnenblumenkernen abgeworfen."

Zu guter letzt ist Lepey auch ein Adjektiv "Beim Fußball hast du gestern voll rum gelepeylt."
