A person who feels the need to turn everything into a competition since they know that they will never accomplish anything in life, and they constantly have mental breakdowns over what they are going to do with their life. They feel that it's necessary to miss out key details of memories to make their friends feel bad, and always have one-sided responses, as if they were an NPC.
