Pussy clart

Clart is a patois term meaning cloth. A number of words prefixing this are common parlance in Jamaican culture, such as rarse meaning arse, blot meaning blood but in any diction it is simply a cuss. Literally, Pussy clart means sanitary towel.

A person, place, or thing that has been tested and approved by the hood. In order to be "Street Certified" one must have done criminal activity, sold drugs, or witnessed a crime and not snitch. Rules associated with Street Certified include, no snitching, fuck twelve, making money doing illegal activity.

certainly is one of those words that makes you sound exponentialy more intellegent that you really are. it is very much like "indeed" in it's usage and effect. Works best if you put the word "well" or "why" in front of it, and if you use "truly?" as a question.
