The act of stalking a person (usually through Facebook or other social networks) by going through every single picture they have online and liking them/commenting on them.

"Stop Photo creeping me you Pedophile Prick!" Exclaimed a rightly disgusted girl to the Photo Creeper. "I don't even know you!"

One who auditorily spies on others who have pocket dialed them in hopes to capture juicy gossip.

Analogous to the visual spy- peeping tom.

I accidentally pocket dialed Al, but instead of hanging up he creeping skubel'd me and stayed on the phone for several minutes.
