A person who either consciously or unconsciously tries to engage you in a fruitless investment of your energy, time, money or attention. These people can be "takers" or simply abject individuals. The truth is that engaging in these types of interactions is an act of free will on our part so each of us can only blame ourselves for getting sucked in once again.

Chanty Wrastler

1. Useless, dishonest idiot. Don't know the origin in this case.
2. Plumber: Chanty = chamber pot or lavatory pan. Wrassler = wrestler. Apprentice plumbers used to carry toilet pans to jobs and because the old ones were large, heavy and awkward, they had to wrap both arms around them and struggle, as if wrestling. Often they had to get on the bus with it.

2. Aw naw, the pipe's huv burst- Son, run along quick an' get Rab fae up the road, he's a Chunty Wrastler.

Waster

Also called Wateration day is a largely celebrated holiday in Eastern Candad. It does not fall on a fixated date. It usually comes tomorrow or on November 11 or every 14th Saturday. Waster is not Waster without soggy bread with sprinkles, fast festive songs and tamed Waster worms. Waster brings rains and is a harvest oriented holiday.

Weed Waster

A term used for a smoking device which is poorly designed and/or clogged(usually, but not always wood, as in, Woody Weed Waster), causing most of the marijuana to be burned away with little smoke entering the lungs of the smoker.

Hey man, get some papers, I don't want to smoke out of that weed waster...we won't get high.
