A backpack or purse/bag with pointless items that a tweaker can make into for doing meth.

Tweakers packing up together becomes a Twack Pack.

Where and why do you have all those pointless things? I carry them in my twack pack. Never know when you'll need a broken pen, tape, hose, caulk , wood glue, and empty bottle bro.
