an imcompetant asshole, usually a male in the oneal junior class, who's life is so vapid they feel they must resort to quazi-analyzing the relationship of the only reasonable females in their grade for entertainment purposes, jealousy or an attempt to prove their apathetic nature to other males, which in reality is found lacking.

Nick, weston, and mike are the ideal oneal tools because their lives lack individuality and excitement, and therefore they feel they must all joke about the only reasonable girls in their grade, so that their relationships with each other are classically strengthened by putting others down.

Contrary to a colonoscopy where a Dr. sticks a camera up ones ass to examine the colon, this is a social procedure in which one finds out the full extent to which another is a tool.

It is usually based on growing concerns that one is a tool.
