Someone who(always)sends their text message before completing the message.

Every day I get a text message from Brandon, and it is incomplete. He is sooo (textarded!)

Textard

A person who is completely inept at texting. Someone who is always misinterpreting what you are trying to communicate and constantly cannot accurately express their message.

OMG Sandy doesn't get it....she's a textard.
