Name: tabara.

Tabaras they type of person who will listen to your problems even if she drowing I'm her own. She has an amazing personality. She's very outgoing once you get to know her. She NEVER backstabs you. She has an amazing body figure and has guys swooning over her. She gives AMAZING Hugs. Even though she's very enthusiastic most days, she just needs a hug and someone that will listen to her. So if you ever meet a Tabara give her a hug and listen.

Derogatory term used to describe the very visible minority of lower-middle class French Canadians on holiday in the Sun (i.e. Cuba, Mexico, Florida)
Derived from tabarnak.

tabarnak

Used as swear word (common in french Canadian slang) 'Tabarnak' has a variety of uses. It has nearly become an equivalent to "fuck" and its derivatives in how it is used. It can be used as an insult (when adressing someone),or to overstate/amplify an emotion/state of mind, or to express surprise-disgust, etc.

Mon/le -tabarnak- (in keeping with the fuck reference: you/that -fucker-) ~insult~
C'est beau en -tabarnak- (It's -fucking- pretty) ~to amplify, overstate~
tabarnak! (fuck!) ~to express surprise in response to a comment, for example~
