The act of filling a glass with liquid, usually bourbon, so much so, that the liquid is above the rim of the glass due to surface tension. The term was derived in Portland, Oregon during poker sessions in the early 2000's. When a player nicknamed 'Swami' asked fellow poker players if they wanted a bourbon, he proceeded to fill the player's glasses as much as physically possible, thus it's now called a 'swami pour'.

The ability of someone to ferret out the truth about you without your saying one word; psychic powers. You either love or hate someone with this quality.
You have to be honest with this lady. Her swami sense is so keen she knows you're a liar before you even open your mouth!
