sigma male

A more internally-focused sibling to the alpha male. While the alpha male quantifies himself on his high position in the social hierarchy, a sigma male prefers to forego the social hierarchy and need for external validation altogether and pursue internal strength instead. Essentially a "loner" or a stray man, although sigma males may have a close circle of friends and loved ones with whom they share a deep connection. The sigma male is not socially inept but simply socially disinterested. Prefers solitary activities where he doesn't have to play social politics and can simply focus on himself. The sigma male accepts that he does not need power over others as the alpha male desires, but rather needs only power to control himself and preserve his own autonomy from others. Sigma males are often pragmatic but may be seen by others as aloof, paranoid, secretive or selfish.

Not to be confused with simply being an unlikeable asshole, edgelord, or misfit.

John: Hey, who's that over there on a table by himself?
Mary: Oh, that's Patrick. He's a bit of a sigma male.

Smegma

A combination of dead skin cells, seminal fluid and excess urine.

It's a natural process that starts during the mid-teen years. The dead skin cells are from the connective tissue that held the foreskin to the glans during childhood.

As soon as you hit your teens, this tissue breaks down which then allows you to retract your foreskin.

Smegma can be washed out with plain water. Make sure you carefully retract your foreskin. Smegma usually builds up behind the inner end of the glans (just behind the bell-shaped tissue known as the corona). Soap isn't advised for use to keep skin irritation to a minimum, especially around such a sensitive area.

In case of smegma, circumcision isn't necessary. Smegma isn't a disease or a form of fungus. Just follow the above steps.

Recognizes social hierarchy. Is set apart from the rest of the tribal dynamics. Wise. Knowledgeable. Mysterious. Beats to her own drum. Lives by her own set of rules and principles. Highly self aware and aware if others. Sees patterns in social dynamics. Moral and ethical. Proud. Can be a loaner.

Sigma Female- A loaner, does not fit within the social hierarchy. That cat's a sigma. She's mysterious; must be a sigma.
