Any item or surrounding desired by skids. skid
Usually used in sarcasm when describing something the average citizen would see as trailer park trash.

Andrea: Christine, What did you do to your backyard?
Christine: We are turning it into an off roading track.. isn't it skidilicious!
Andrea: Fo Sho!
