The rescue stretcher is used for most evacuation and rescue tasks & spinal immobilisation suitable for a wide range or Rescue and Extrication scenarios.

A man walks his dog through the bush & disappears, the rescue team finds him in a collapsed mine shaft.... they extract him... or there's been an explosion & part of the building has collapsed so rescue teams go in carry the wounded casualties out on a sked.
