Jugendwort des Jahres 2019. Von der Generation Schlurk benutzter Slangausdruck. Als „schlurky“ werden Dinge, Personen oder Tiere bezeichnet, denen man eine gewisse „Schlurkyness“ zuschreibt. In der Emanzipations-Phase der Schlurky-Jugend-Kultur wurde vereinzelt auch das Wort „Schlurkylicious“ oder „Schlurkaaaay“ benutzt.

Schlurk

A combination of the words 'shit' and 'lurk', 'schlurk' is the derogative term for a creep who 'lurks in the dark' on various social networks liking the photos of female friends he no longer has regular contact with. 'Schlurking' is carried out with the specific intention of reconnecting with the female for the short term, and with the long term aim of having sexual intercourse with them.

Can be used as a noun; he is a schlurk, and a verb; he is schlurking.

'He man, did you see Liam schlurking Sophie on facebook?'
'I don't have that guy as friend . Is he the one who studies engineering?'
