Similar to Big Dick Energy, SBE is not measured by the actual stupidity of a person, but rather by the levels of energy they display. For example, an intelligent person may pound back seven shots of tequila within 45 minutes and have a one night stand, have a great experience, then go to lecture in the morning and ace his or her Economics final. He or she could be said to have display SBE.
