Noun: A scrawny and squirrelly type of person, usually with poofy hair and a fanny pack.

Verb: Inattentive, easily distractible, high energy.

Noun: I'm don't want to get a perm. I'm not trying to go full Rousseaux.

Verb: Four cups of coffee and I'm starting to feel pretty Rousseaux!
