Personally my favorite movie, Taron Egerton is Elton John in this film. It has a ton of throwback song's including Bennie and the jets, tiny dancer, goodbye yellow brick road, your song, and most importantly Rocketman. Me and my babe Nae Clarie Or Janae Clarie watched it together

Rocketman Effect

A term used to describe someone who is desensitized to the wondrousness of their job, possession, or other general noun due to prolonged exposure.

Coined after Elton John’s “Rocketman” in which a seemingly wondrous job that involves going to space becomes mundane and ‘just another 9-5 job.

John is really going through the ‘Rocketman Effect’... he has a job as a game developer, but finds it mundane and uninteresting.
