Randallize

The act of telling someone, like a boss or friend, that you will be arriving at a certain time, only to send a text 2 hours late explaining why you couldn't make it. Thus making yourself look like an ass.

Boss: " When did he say he would be in?"
Employee: " 8:00 am sir."
- 10:30 am
Employee: " Sir, he just texted me saying he had to take his grandma to her funeral."
Boss: " Dammit he Randallized us."

The act of being very awkward to the point where others consistently feel uneasy or uncomfortable around you.

People who regularly "Randall" can be called Randalls or simply rands

This is derived from the child out of the cartoon "recess"

Randalls typically place themselves in awkward situations such as sitting with people they don't really know, staring at others and refusing to look away once caught etc.
