Combination of the words query and curiosity.

Julie's queriosity got the better of her one day in class, when she raised her hand so many times, the teacher was forced to stretch tape across her mouth to end the barrage of questions.

Only from the wide-open shining of her eyes could one sense her intense interest in the discussion.
