Petsche

A surname, particularly from the Gottschee tribe of Austria-Hungry. They are known to be highly intelligent, logical, respectful, frugal, and competitive. These immigrants settled in the northern United States, mostly in Cleveland, New York, Chicago, and St. Louis, and would work as police officers, baseball players, and aviators. "Curtis Petschl" is the term used when a person has convictions on their record related to crimes against minors ages 13 - 15 specifically and also works at a job that hires minors.

This term is based off the small town child predator in Lonsdale Minnesota named Curtis Michael Petschl who works with minors at the local casey's gas station.
