Ostrabate

The act of standing around trying to decide what to do next. While ostrabating, a lot of time is wasted. Usually occurs in a large group.

Guy 1: why can't we think of something to do?

Guy 2: I know! Why did we stand here and ostrabate for an hour?!?!

Guy 3: We have wasted the better part of an evening!

Nostalgia for life in former East Germany; portmanteau of Ost (east) and Nostalgie (nostalgia)

Also applicable to nostalgia for former socialist life in other Eastern European nations.

Arguably more common than 'Yugo-nostalgia'

The life recreated in Good Bye Lenin! is, in part, representative of Ostalgie.

When one puts a hose in his/her rectum, turns on the water and either fingers or peels one off. Right before he/she spills out the baby batter, he/she pulls out the hose (or gets a trustworthy friend to do so) and squeezes really hard, pushing all the water out as he/she shoots his/her load.

Ostanik lean

The Ostanik lean was originally created at north Marion high school after a f-150 5.4 triton v8 revived a deafening exhaust and a lean at the point that the hitch almost touches the ground. The it revived 28 inch “dubs” and then factory wheels. This vehicle sounds like a raspy gramma coughing but moves like a sloth!
