Obsessive picking disorder. Variant of OCD. Have a scab? Are you unable to stop picking at it, even though your friends, family, and conscience tell you not to? You have OPD.
Guy 1: Damn, dude, that scabs going to turn into a scar if you don't stop.
Guy 2: Can't help it I've got OPD.
Girl 1: I don't have OPD and I want to understand it, why the hell do you do it?
Girl 2: Pick at them? I can only explain it in one way: Think of the scab as a cast. Whenever you have a cast, unfailingly there is a annoying itch, right? Well the only way to get to the itch to to remove the cast. Same thing with my scab.
