Verb. To wander about aimlessly. To meander.

Reference: Obama's war policy, where he engages in (most recently, Libya) or continues to not withdraw from unpopular conflicts, after having either made promises to (or at least suggested) to tax payers that he would not engage or that he would withdraw from said conflicts.

We don't really time for you to OBAMULATE; make a beeline for that Taco Bell!

1. An attempt to distract from Trumpgate (see "COVID-19").
2. An attempt to distract from the handling of COVID-19, and its virus death toll.
3. Truthfully, no clue what it means, Trump just says dumb things like this a lot (see "Covfefe", "Hamberder", "Noble prize", "Super duper missile").
