Action, process, or event involving two or more niggers, usually involving crude language, chimping out, slowing of progress of any sort, or making activity's more difficult then they have to be.

Sorry it took so long for me to pay for my gas, the Niggitivity at the cashiers counter was outrageous, I've never seen such an argument over a five dollar scratch off.....
