mezzofinook

From Italian meaning "half gay" or bisexual. "Mezzo" meaning half and "finook" (also known as "fanook") being the derogatory term for a homosexual. Also could be used as an insult for someone who is weak, such as a substitution for a sissy or pansy.

"I always wondered about that kid when we were in school... He always seemed kind of like a mezzofinook to me."
