Stands for "Mormon in Name Only".
References a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints who does not usually follow the church's very strict rules, but doesn't want to formally leave the church. They usually attend church and mostly "act" mormon...but they secretly are bad boy rebels who drink coffee, shop on Sundays, and sometimes they even cuss. Usually has somewhat derogatory connotations but in a naive and innocent way.
