Mergerer

Someone who tries to sneak farther ahead in the wrong exit lane on a highway to get closer to the exit on the highway and at the last minute tries to get into the lane. They always make traffic jams worse.

I'm not going to let that fucking mergerer get in ahead of me.

Gaunt, ghastly grim faced bloke in a group, who seems to sit eternally in the background, staring at people with cold, vigourless, serpentine and furtive eyes as if he is programmed to stalk.

Having a mergen around while flirting with girls is useful, as that one mergen can help to contrast even your puny virtues and make you appear heroic in their eyes.
