a game invented in Blearwater, Florida. The game involves at least two participants where one participant is to say something definitive, such as: "I will _____, I'm going to ______, I'd _______, I'm tryna ______, etc." Once the participant makes this statement, another participant can say "Manchester," which will then require the first participant to fulfill the statement they had stated within 24 hours (or a specified time frame decided by the participant calling the Manchester). If the original statement is not fulfilled within the given time frame, then the participant who called the Manchester is then enabled to slap the participant who made the original statement, with any level of force decided by the the person doing the slapping. The only way to counteract getting Manchestered is if the participant who made the definitive statement says "Liverpool" IMMEDIATELY AFTER MAKING THE DEFINITIVE STATEMENT. You can't say it before, middle, or during the statement being made.

Despite being smaller than a lot of other cities, an inordiately large amount of industry and talent and culture comes out of manchester, most definitely the capital of the north.
