I would say probably the worst kind of depression out. Being lost, empty, weak, energy deprived ALL the time. Like your there. Just not totally there. Almost like your body is separate from your conscious, which is somewhere else, dark cold and alone. While your body is out in the moment of life trying to smile and not let people realize how lifeless you really are.
