A very sophomoric word supposedly with some cheap, mushy sentiment akin to saying that "love isn't enough". The word is annoying as all hell to hear, and people will only think less of you in any serious matter.

Person 1: Hey, I lurve you.

Person 2: Get out of my house.

When you feel so unbelievably amazing about somebody that love doesn't seem to do it. It's the greatest feeling in the world, and you'd take absolutely any opportunity to be with the person you lurve. Staying up late at night thinking about them, staring into their eyes to escape reality, longing to hear their laugh, see their smile, feel their hug. You can't compare lurve to anything else, so unless you lurve someone you can't imagine the feeling. If you lurve someone, you know.

Lurve

A word I believe surpasses its parent word "Love" with this in mind although the term love is overused in todays society, when found can be the most overwhelming feeling contributed towards another person.

So with that in mind I feel love when fitted with a fulfilling relationship and combined deep intimate feelings can be equated to lurve.

so it just goes someway to prooving, although hard to find there is a feeling that surpasses love.

hope we all find it.

Between like and love, lurve is a word to express more than simply liking someone but not quite loving them. When you truly care about someone past just admiring them but you're not in love with them.

Me: "I lurve my bestfriend but he doesn't feel the same way."
Bec: "Maybe he will lurve you someday."
