Take a large amount of ketamine (or any psychedelic substance will do) put music on a loud stereo (ideally dubstep, house music, etc) and turn on the TV without sound. Surf through the channels or put a visually interesting movie and watch as the magic unfolds. Movies that work well are old/dramatic with interesting visuals such as treasure island (1950s). patton, etc. Music videos also work well for obvious reasons.
We've been ksurfing for 3 hours now and it's the greatest thing I've ever done. I have no idea what we just watched though.
