Kramering

Popping in through a door or into an office cubicle so fast that the occupant therein never hears you coming and loses bodily fluids (or at least is really startled). Think of how Kramer always entered Jerry's apartment on Seinfeld.

I'm so tense at work because I never know when my boss is going to come kramering into my cubicle and make me spill coffee all over the keyboard!

Colin Kaepernick was kraepernicking by making a huge scene by kneeling for the national anthem and failing to show up to vote.

Kramer

Someone who habitually bursts into doors unexpected. This can be at an office or at somebody's home or apartment. The intrusion causes negative attention from everybody in the room. It can disrupt conversation, ruin appetite, or cause a major cockblock.
In the tv show Seinfeld, Kramer is Jerry Seinfeld's neighbor who always opens the door to Seinfeld's apartment uninvited.

(Mark violently enters break room at the paper company and everybody looks at him)
Mark: Hey guys whats up?
Jan: Ugh, total Kramer.

Kramerica

Derived from the lexicon of Seinfeld, and more properly known as Kramerica Industries, it is a holding company for Cosmo Kramer's various (and often zany) undertakings.

Also may be adapted from the last name of anyone who really isn't doing much with his/her life.

Bushmerica Industries is really going down the shitter. Hopefully it will be taken over in November.
