Kojimaing is a process named after Hideo Kojima, creator of the Metal Gear series and other cult hits such as Snatcher. If you visit his twitter account, you'll see he has posted pictures of every meal he has eaten since his acquisition of a smart phone. Thus, Kojimaing is the act of sending pictures of your food to friends, or posting it to social media.

In the video game world, the games of the "Metal Gear Solid" title are created by a Japanese man Hideo Kojima who loves to insert really long videos into his games where roughly 50% of the total game time includes watching videos and the other 50% is the actual gameplay. To "Kojima it", a video game creator must insert long videos throughout the game to extend its length. It is a nod to a man who creates great games and videos but makes them just too frequent and long enough to be very frustrating
