They endure a fair amount of trauma throughout their life and go through phases of depressive episodes and harmful coping mechanisms but just let them know how much you really love them. Sometimes they have to hurt you in order to make things turn out for the best, they try so hard to make sure you’re doing okay rather than if they are. Please never hurt this kind of person, they deserve so much love and care and sometimes you may feel like it’s not enough but it means the world to them. Never let them go because you never know when it’ll be the last.
