juggalo/juggalette s are often misunderstood. i am a juggalette i love all the music i truely speaks to me! i am not a fat slob thief or druggy for the most part. the ppl i hang with mostly are juggalos and they are the greatest people i knon!! i dont date a juggalo but his friends are. were i live we are all mostly a big family and we too get called to the office and arrested for taking up for our family!! and to all the juggalos/juggalettes I LOVE YALL!!!

The term juggalo and juggalette is a term for those who have pledged themselves to the Dark Carnival. Juggalo refers to male members and juggalette refers to female members. They are fans of the band Insane Clown Posse (ICP) and often another juggalo band such as Dark Lotus. They stick together like a great family and will protect any of their own. Common misconceptions are that EVERYONE of them are/do:
White trash, fat, slutty, will sleep with anything with the right anatomy and a pulse, drink, do pot and/or other assorted drugs, extremely into violence/murder/rape, idiotic to the point of having vegetable IQs, illiterate, and the total scumbags of all society.
Now, pegging an entire group as these things is not realistic. This is due to the fact that this is not a brainwashing cult and each member has their own source of free will. Not every member will be like the above stated, they are simply being their own persons. Doing the above stated is not a requirement for being a juggalo/juggalette so of course not everyone will do it. Just like someone doesn't have to be a juggalo/juggalette to do them. A title does not make them cookie cutter people.

A juggalo/ette is someone who iz down wit da clown. We get dissed by haterz a lot who know nuthin bout what we have to got threw in life. Sometimez we wear clown make-up and we like 2 drink Faygo cuz' itz da best kinda drink there iz!!! All juggaloz/ettez are family cuz' we have 2 stick 2gether not just cuz' we lisen 2 da same music no were family cuz' we have similar intrests and we have 2 go threw a lot of the same thingz in life. 3. Claim to be "hated", "outcasts", and things of that nature. Every time they have a gathering, they leave garbage everywhere, trash the place, and assault people 10 on 1. A juggalo/jugalette are fans of the rap group Insane Clown Posse(ICP). We are known as outcasts and different, because we have dissimilar interest than mostly everyone else. We represent the hatchet charm, and yes, some of us smoke a lot of pot. We usually come from rough backgrounds, so we put on a tough front so no one sees the pain that is hidden inside. While most people think that we paint our faces all the time, we only paint our faces when we go to the gathering. People also think that we use "ICP slang". Not all Juggalos/Juggalettes use "ICP slang".
The reason Juggalos/Juggalettes listen to ICP is not because it is a group of laughing clowns, but because their songs can take the mind off of the environment around them. ICP shows teenagers and adults that being different is not a bad thing. Stereotypes say Juggalos/Juggalettes are morbidly obese, but that is not true for ALL Juggalos/Juggalettes.
