This term was developed by a school student in the US and has since become popularized by students across the country. While its specific origin is unknown, the previous statement is where "Jerrying" is most often attributed.

Considered to be a rare breed of rednecks that is quite distinctive from other rednecks being that they act like rednecks with their own dialect and form of social activities.
You might be a Jerseyneck if you have a big truck and always say your from South Jersey (segregating from North Joisey I mean North Jersey and the Jersey Shore).
