A "hoodman" is an individual who's devoted to their neighborhood. Not to be confused with a "hooded man" or a person who simply wears a hood out on the street. A hoodman possesses the knowledge of every slang term. Although it's typical for a hoodman to act rough and tough-hearted, they're loyal to their homies, their "n*ggas", and their home.
