Get the heteronormativitymug. Someone/a group of people that feels the need to make everyone around them heterosexual. Someone who desires to make being straight the norm, therefore oppressing LGBTQ+ people. Such inhumane actions and opinions affect this community in several ways, including normal day to day tasks. A heteronormative society may also decline human rights to these.
John: It's so weird how when I tell people about my relationship with my boyfriend, they ask who's the girl and who's the guy in bed!
