Spinning right wing crimes into headlines that dramatically reduce the implications by using soft terminology and/or posing known facts as a question (e.g. is it a crime?).

Maggie was Habermaning when she wrote, “Many are awaiting Merrick Garland’s view on what’s against the law, which law enforcement and not reporters dictate.”

It is neither the AG’s nor job to define the law, regardless of this bullshit headline.
